If you don’t agree to any terms or conditions, you are requested to leave this website without availing of our services and products. But if you have any doubts or want to discuss something, you are free to discuss the same via chat or email.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AI Publish( Formerly WP Automatic) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages by the wpautomatic.com team.
AI publish or WP Automatic performs its functionality of scraping the data only on the command of its user and hence is not liable for any consequences like duplicating data. The sole responsibility of the scraping and posting the content remains with its user. The organization can’t be entitled as a “partner” in act or damage in any condition(s).

WP Automatic Plugin is created for WordPress platform that was released under the GNU general public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html.
Duration of the license and renewal
License keys are only available as long as they are valid. To get updates and support for our product, you’ll need a valid and active license key from AI Publish (Formerly WP Automatic) website only.
SOFTWARE UPDATES
As long as the website is active, updates are included till the license key is valid. Updates will be provided automatically from the WordPress dashboard if you have a valid and active license key. If the automated update fails for whatever reason, the latest version of the software can be obtained from the “My Downloads” section of the site and user have to update it manually.
Support services
AI Publish (Formerly WP Automatic) is supported for the duration of 1 year from date of purchase.
Please keep in mind that we can only provide help/support for the site where the license key is activated.
Refunds
Refunds can be claimed within 15 days of purchase. For more info, you can check our refund policies section.
- PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
We do not offer automatic renewals. All our payments are one-time and non-recurring. The license is valid for lifetime. But if you wish to get support after 1 year, you can easily purchase it again at current market price.
Refunds are not offered for support renewal purchase.
- WARRANTY
Our products are digital in form and do not come with a warranty but functional problems will be resolved (if any) that are within the scope of our product.
Moreover, we don’t guarantee the compatibility of our product with other third-party products, applications, and scripts.

However, we only sell the pro version of the plugin, which includes additional features, premium support, and updates. The services like technical support, regular updates, setup assistance is the only we sell. .
Support and Updates
- Support: You are entitled to support from our team for any issues related to the plugin. Support is provided via email or our live chat and is limited to issues directly related to the functionality of the plugin.
- Updates: You will receive lifetime updates for the pro version of the plugin. Updates will be automatically made available through the WordPress admin interface when they are released. It’s your responsibility to keep the plugin updated to ensure the best performance and security. In case you are not able to get automatic updates, we request you to download the latest updated file from My account – Downloads.
Modification and Distribution
- You are allowed to modify, redistribute, or use the plugin as per the terms of the GPL license.
